Rooster Policy
All poultry breeds available at Cooks Corner Farm can be sold straight run , what that means is the chicks could be cockerels or pullets. If you end up with unwanted
cockerels that you cannot keep we do not take them back due to biosecurity reasons . If culling isn't an option your not comfortable with I do have a rooster sanctuary l
ist I can provide on request. We also recomMend taking cockerels to the Middlesex Livestock Auction, (Every Monday drop off 8am-3pm)
Hatching Egg Policy
At the beginning of the season all coops will go through a test batch in our incubators to check fertility rates, if our results are not up to satisfactory
orders will not be filled until we get better results. Please understand we DO NOT issue refunds for unhatched hatching eggs.
We can not guarantee hatch rate/fertility after our eggs leave our farm .In example, everyone has different incubation incubation practices, temperature,
humidiy, incubator brands. We highly recommend purchasing chicks if you want a guaranteed quantity of chicks.
Minniunum Order
Generally speaking, we have a 4 chick minimum (excluding special circumstances.) Mixing breeds is acceptable
We offer half dozens and full dozens for hatching eggs. No discount on larger purchases.
